Construction of the heating plant, Motorway Toll Gate of Castelletto Stura (CN) | A33 - ASTI-CUNEO

Activities
The job involved creating a heat producing unit with condensation generators, setting up the heating and sanitary hot water distribution network, heat regulation, safety and control devices, and the electricity plant.

Works done
– Supply and installation of heat generators, of a gas condensation type, in cascade format
– Supply and installation of safety equipment and devices, approved by I.N.A.I.L. (previously I.S.P.E.S.L.)
– Supply and installation of electric pumps, with electronic speed variation
– Construction of the sanitary hot water distribution plant
– In conformity to Annexure B of D.P.R. 412/93 coordinated with D.P.R. 551/99, Supply and installation of insulation for water piping, using closed cell synthetic rubber cladding, providing class 1 fire reaction, Armaflex type, with joints finished using rigid, impact resistant Isogenopak type PVC sheets, providing class 1 fire reaction
– Supply and installation of self-supporting smoke duct, using single wall, pre-fabricated elements, with grouping manifold
– In conformity to DPR 412/93 – DPR 59/09 and the UNI-CT 8065 standard, supply and installation of equipment for cleaning and constantly checking the water put into the plant (filter, chemical conditioning, automatic water softener)

Works to upgrade the Sorreley - Meysattaz open-sided Tunnel, for emergency access and training and instruction structure for emergency rescue services in tunnels - A5 - QUINCINETTO-AOSTA

Activities
The tunnel was set up for operating drills by the fire brigades.
The area covered by the works is located in the Meysattaz suburb of the town of Saint Christophe at an altitude of 600 m above sea level, immediately after the municipal road that connects the centre of Saint Christophe to the Beauregard Hospital in Aosta, at the opening in the Sorreley-Meysattaz tunnel. The land to be affected by the works are indicated on sheet N° 37 of the land registry diagram for the town of Saint Christophe as lots 396 and 398, owned by the Client, S.A.V. S.p.A.

Works outside the tunnel
– Construction of a semi-basement space that will house the change rooms, ablution facilities, stores, technical rooms and electricity cabin.
– Construction of a prefabricated chalet for use as an office and meeting rooms
– Refurbishing the entrance to the tunnel
– Setting up special and remote control systems
– Setting up electrical systems
– Setting up mechanical plants

Works inside the tunnel
– Refurbishing the tunnel opening by laying a new surface and cladding the bases in reflective enamelled steel panels
– Construction of a 15 m long side duct inside, which will house the training laboratory with vehicle guards
– Forming of a recess at the end of the tunnel, which can be used by vehicles to turn around
– Creation of a filter zone and safe place to serve the Cote de Sorreley tunnel
– Setting up the fire-fighting plant
– Setting up the gas distribution plant
– Main tunnel ventilation
– Dedicated and filter and safe place ventilation

The work done relates to setting up a summer air-conditioning plant for the office spaces, distributed via a plumbing network to the various fan coil units.

– Supply and installation of single electronic variation electric pumps
– In conformity to Annexure B of D.P.R. 412/93 coordinated with D.P.R. 551/99, Supply and installation of insulation for the water piping, using closed cell synthetic rubber cladding, that provides class 1 fore reaction, of an Armaflex type, with joints finished in Isogenopak type, impact resistant, rigid PVC sheets, that provide class 1 fire reaction
– Construction of the network connecting the terminals located in the space
– Supply and installation of free-standing fan-coil units in common areas or individual rooms, supplied with cooled water.

Construction of a central remote control system for the Ronchi and Sant'Albano tunnels | A33 - ASTI-CUNEO Section 1 Lots 3 - 4 - 5

Activities
The activities include constructing the central remote control system for the Ronchi and Sant’Albano tunnels, and five MV/LV transformer cabins, installed along the route, as part of building the Massimini – Cuneo section of the Asti – Cuneo motorway under construction.

The remote controlled toll gates include:
Supply and installation of a central supervision system for acquiring status signals and anomalies from electricity distribution and lighting plants in the tunnels, and Medium Voltage / Low Voltage transformation in the five respective cabins located along the section of motorway, in order to power the interchange lighting plants.

The job done relates to constructing a net-metering photovoltaic plant and a power rating of about 140 kW.  The plant is made up of polycrystalline silicon panels, installed on the ground, with a power rating of 180 Wp, for each module, and an amorphous 136 Wp panel installed on the roof.

– Construction of the photovoltaic plant on the ground and the roof
– Construction of the MV/LV electricity cabin, to serve the photovoltaic plant

TARANTO PORT AUTHORITY - INTEGRATED LOGISTICS PLATFORM

Construction works on the logistics platform, environmental clearing of the road, the docks, and the electrical and mechanical systems

Activities
Execution, inside the Logistics Platform, of (plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire-fighting, burglar alarm, video surveillance, photovoltaic, and refrigerated cell) plant works, and related building works for the buildings: offices, catering, porter’s home, refrigerated warehouse, ambient temperature warehouse, car parking garage and outside parking, rail system, container yard, and electricity cabins.

Creation of the CCTV and access control plant for the Port Precinct.
